Next Clean Dates:

Over the past few weeks our planning software has crashed, and the backup seems to have jumbled around a lot of our schedule. With this in mind, we have completely reorganised our rounds to make our work more efficient. This may mean that your next clean is slightly earlier or later than the planned date. Please keep an eye on your text and email reminders for our visits. As we grow, it is vital to make these changes to help provide you with a better, more reliable service with fewer delays.

New customers will be cleaned within the next 7 days (unless you have requested to begin at a later date)


Scheduling:

Due to the extra time required for less frequent jobs, we are now only offering regular cleans on a 2, 4, or 8 weekly basis. If you were on a 12 week or more schedule, you will automatically be moved to the 8 weekly round. Please get in touch if you would prefer to stay on the previous schedule, but we will add our “one off clean” surcharge (£10) to each visit. This will also be added to repeatedly skipped cleans should they run over the 8 weekly scheduling.
